TOUR COSTS:TOUR ITINERARIES:
- All tour costs are current and correct at the time of publication and are in Australian Dollars.
- Tour costs are based on a minimum of 2 passengers (tour costs for group sizes over 4 passengers are available on request)
- SIC = Coach tour with other travellers
- private charter = exclusive vehicle with personal driver/guide
- Customised tour itineraries are available on request.
Tour itineraries are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability of accommodation, touring vehicles and inclement weather.
All tour itineraries are operable as published and may be used as a guideline for custom designed tour packages as requested by passenger.
VALIDITY:
Tour costs are valid until 31st March 2005. However, due to situations beyond our control, Encounter Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right at it's sole discretion to adjust tour costs without prior notice.
PACKAGE ARRANGEMENTS:
Package arrangements involving transfers and scheduled tours are sold in one package, and should any passenger forming the group change his/her mind by not going on a component, no refund shall be given..
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations should be made direct to Encounter Australia Pty Ltd. All inquiries and/or confirmations of any services may be in the form of letter, facsimile or eMail.
To assist us in fulfilling your requirements efficiently while making reservations, please provide maximum details including arrival/departures dates, flight details, number of persons involved and alternative hotels.
TRANSFERS:
Unless otherwise indicated, transfer rates include:TOURS:
- Courtesy pick-up and set-down at city hotels
- Porterage fees during transfer operations at accommodation houses
- Transportation by sedan and / or 4wd vehicle unless otherwise indicated
Unless otherwise indicated, tour rates include:PAYMENT:
- Transportation as indicated in the itinerary.
- Qualified English speaking guide services
- Admission fees
- Meals where indicated in the itinerary
- Accommodation as indicated in the itinerary
Pre-payment prior to clients arrival must be made, otherwise Encounter Australia reserves the right to withhold all services.
Deposit upon confirmation of land arrangements, a non-refundable deposit of 25% the total charges is required to secure reservation.
Balance of the total charges must be settled 30 days prior to commencement of service.
All payments should be made by Bank Draft or Telegraphic Transfer and addressed to:

LIABILITY:
Encounter Australia Pty Ltd act only as an agent of the passengers in all matters relating to hotel accommodation, sightseeing, tours and transport, whether by aircraft, rail, coach, ship, boat or other means, and shall not be liable for injury, delay, loss or damage arising from any cause and in any manner howsoever.
The Company reserves the right to employ sub-contractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be rendered, and in the event to the exercise of such rights, the terms of the first paragraph relating to the Company's liability shall apply. Whilst every care is taken, the Company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage. It is therefore advisable to effect a separate baggage insurance.
