
Rates
All rates are correct at the time of publication and are nett to you in Australian dollars. These rates are valid until the 31st of
March, 2005.
Reservations
All reservations should be made direct to Encounter Australia Pty Ltd. All inquiries and/or confirmations of any services must be in the
form of letter, facsimile or e-mail.
To assist us in fulfilling your requirements, please provide maximum details including arrival/departure dates, flight details,
number of persons involved and alternative hotels. For FIT bookings please also provide clients full name.
Reservations will not be accepted less than 2 working days prior to pax arrival. Final changes to bookings may not be submitted
less than 2 working days prior to pax arrival.
Voucher / Exchange Orders
Vouchers or Exchange Orders, subject to prior arrangement, drawn on Encounter Australia Pty Ltd, and calling for services to be rendered on the basis of this tariff, will be duly honoured providing that duplicates have been sent sufficiently in advance to Encounter Australia Pty Ltd. Vouchers or Exchange Orders should clearly specify clients / groups full names, total number of persons, dates of arrival and departure, flight number of carrier, name of hotel and detailed description of services rendered.
Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with costs incurred by our company. That is any charges from hotel, contractors etc, and
incidental expenses incurred on behalf of clients as a result of cancellations will be debited to your account. In the event of
cancellation, Encounter Australia Pty Ltd will only be liable to refund any amount paid by the overseas agent subject to a deduction of
cancellation fees.
Package Arrangements
Package arrangements involving transfers and scheduled tours are sold in one package, and should any passenger forming the group change
his/her mind by not going on a component, no refund shall be given.
Transfers
Unless otherwise indicated, transfer rates include:

Validity
Tariff is valid until 31st March 2005. However, due to situations beyond our control, Encounter Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right at
its sole discretion to adjust rates without prior notice.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, pre-payment prior to clients arrival must be made, otherwise Encounter Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to
withhold all services.
| Deposit: | Upon confirmation of land arrangements, a relevant charge of deposit is required to secure reservation. Generally, a one night non-refundable room charge must be paid to hotels at least 30 days, 45 days or 60 days prior to group's arrival to guarantee room space. |
| Balance: | Balance of the total charges must be settled 15 days prior to commencement of service. |

Liability
Encounter Australia Pty Ltd and its agents act only as an agent of the passengers in all matters relating to hotel accommodation,
sightseeing, tours and transport, whether by aircraft, rail, coach, ship, boat or other means, and shall not be liable for injury,
delay, loss or damage arising from any cause in any manner howsoever. Encounter Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to employ
subcontractors to carry out all or any part of the services agreed to be rendered, and in the event to the exercise of such rights,
the terms of the first paragraph relating to the company's liability shall apply. Whilst every care is taken, the company can not be
held responsible for any loss or damage to baggage. It is therefore advisable to effect separate baggage insurance.
